Impactful Crisis Clinician: Wraparound Specialist
Graceworks
Graceworks Lutheran Services seeks a Crisis Clinician for the REACH program in Milwaukee. The clinician provides clinical oversight and consultation for youth in REACH, coordinating with wraparound care coordinators and crisis staff to ensure trauma-informed, family-driven care.
Responsibilities include weekly clinical guidance, staff support during crises, and documentation per DHS 34. Must hold a Wisconsin license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) and a relevant master's degree.
