Assistant Manager Position

We are hiring for all Treasure Valley locations. $14-$17/hr. with TIPS Duties & Responsibilities Coaches a team to deliver an amazing customer experience and uses brand tools to communicate with guests. Develops shift leads, builds a fun work environment, and serves as an assistant manager by demonstrating mastery of all duties. Willing to perform all cafe duties, especially cleaning and organizing when needed. Maintains a consistent, professional image of the café & crew by preserving sanitation & appearance standards. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in the restaurant or fast‑casual field. Experience training & developing employees, or prior experience at a Tropical Smoothie café. Experience providing excellent customer service. Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both front‑of‑house & back‑of‑house, coaching teams to meet brand standards. Ability to take direction from a manager and acquire skills to become a manager. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook). Effective verbal & written communication skills. Exceeds customer expectations to build brand loyalty. Studies ingredient ordering and scheduling skills as trained by a manager. Assists the team in preparing food and smoothies to brand standards and managing proper stocking. Communicates & stays updated on all marketing & promotional materials. Supports the manager in executing marketing & sales programs within guidelines. Collaborates with the manager to build café sales through community relationships and local marketing campaigns. #J-18808-Ljbffr
