Salary range is estimated based on potential overtime hours and may vary Position qualifies for a first-year retention bonus  

Do something different every day as you work with our agronomy department and their many services. As an Operations Specialist at our Filley Agronomy Hub, you will:

• Load and unload agronomy products, assist sprayer operators and build valuable relationships with local customers in the area
• Gain hands-on skills by performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
• Learn how to monitor and maintain product quality, mix and load fertilizer and chemical products, and may assist with grain operations as needed
• Operate equipment and obtain certifications including the opportunity to acquire your CDL
