This full-time, onsite position is ideal for a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) seeking to work the full academic year from August 20, 2026, through June 3, 2027. In this rewarding role, you will provide vital behavioral and psychological services within a dynamic educational setting.

Qualifications:

• Active MN BCBA license required
• Background in school psychology or extensive experience with school-based behavioral interventions
• Knowledge of current best practices for student assessments, behavior intervention planning, and data collection
• Strong communication, collaboration, and consultation skills with students, staff, and families
• Familiarity with IEP development and special education procedures
• Ability to adapt and respond to diverse caseloads and school environments
• Any state or district-mandated certifications or experience as required by the local administration

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and social-emotional needs
• Provide consultation and training to school staff regarding behavioral strategies and classroom management
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to service planning for students with behavioral needs
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform decision-making and ensure intervention effectiveness
