Overview A global organization is seeking a Head of Investigations – Employment to lead complex workplace investigations and manage employment-related disputes across multiple international regions. This senior role provides strategic guidance, ensures robust governance, and oversees sensitive matters requiring strong legal judgement and discretion. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of global frameworks for employment investigations and dispute resolution. Provide expert legal and strategic advice on misconduct, grievances, whistleblowing, discrimination, and ethics-related cases. Oversee and quality-assure internal investigations to ensure fairness, compliance, and alignment with global standards. Governance & Risk Embed consistent governance frameworks across regions with varied legal and cultural requirements. Advise on risk mitigation and ensure consistent application of key policies related to conduct and workplace behavior. Support pre-litigation strategies and manage relationships with external counsel when required. Partner with HR, Legal, and senior stakeholders to drive a consistent approach to investigations and dispute handling. Deliver training on investigation best practices and handling complex employment issues. Insights & Reporting Monitor global employment-law developments and provide regular updates to leadership. Track investigation trends and prepare concise reports for senior management. Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field; legal qualification or recognized investigation/compliance certification preferred. 8+ years’ experience in employment law, workplace investigations, or dispute management. Experience in multinational or large corporate environments is essential; exposure to the Middle East and Europe is a strong advantage. Strong capability managing cross-border or high-risk investigations. Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail. Ability to travel internationally when required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
