We are looking for compassionate professionals who are eager to provide exceptional care and support. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs. Develop personalized treatment plans to enhance mobility and quality of life. Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to promote recovery. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and techniques. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care. Document patient care and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations. Provide support and encouragement to motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey. Requirements Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Kansas. Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field; advanced degree preferred. Experience in home health care settings is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach. Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and techniques. Willingness to travel to patients' homes as needed.
