IT Infrastructure Coordinator

DGS Office of External Affairs

The IT Infrastructure Coordinator oversees daily operations and projects related to the Arkansas Department of Health's information technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems. The role involves coordinating between technical teams, vendors, and personnel to ensure infrastructure systems function effectively and support business objectives. Responsibilities include project planning, troubleshooting, implementing improvements, monitoring system performance and security, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards. Key qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum of 4 years of experience in information technology infrastructure, systems, or network administration Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple projects effectively Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Clear and effective communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical teams Five (5) years of experience in Advanced SQL queries and functions preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr DGS Office of External Affairs
