Job Description LifeStance Health is seeking a full‑time Psychiatrist to join our outpatient clinical team. The role is fully remote or hybrid, with no nights, hospital calls, or weekend work. Compensation is unlimited/uncapped based on productivity, with a range of $314,000 to $371,000 and a bonus incentive plan.
