About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a key business partner to the CEO and a member of the senior leadership team. The CFO will be responsible for all financial, accounting, and analytical support, with a focus on defining and executing the company's value creation plan. This includes driving EBITDA growth, cash generation, and enterprise value enhancement. The successful candidate will lead the development and approval of the company's annual business, operating, and capital budgets, and will be accountable for performance against these budgets. The role also involves leading the build-out of a best-in-class finance infrastructure, integrating financial reporting platforms, and working on add-on acquisitions and other strategic initiatives. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive finance leadership experience, with a strong preference for those who have served as a CFO in a standalone private equity-backed multisite industrial or manufacturing business. The role requires a proven track record in enterprise value creation, including EBITDA growth and cash flow improvement, and experience in leading M&A activities. A background in operational finance within a manufacturing or industrial environment, as well as experience in global financial management, is essential. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, commercially oriented, and possess strong communication and influencing skills. A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required, with an MBA and/or CPA being strongly preferred.
