Shift Manager

Requirements Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Shift Managers plan each shift, monitor performance, take actions to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards, oversee safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to help them prepare for a great shift. They may also be responsible for meeting target metrics during their shifts and supporting their assigned departments in achieving goals. Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Additional Information Pay rate is $14/hr and up for certified Shift Managers. This position is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s Corporation or McDonald’s USA, LLC. The franchisee alone is responsible for all employment‑related matters, including hiring, staffing, and scheduling.
