Principal Product Manager, Ads Optimization

Leading the strategy and roadmap for effective campaign delivery, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager, Ads Optimization will manage bidding, pacing, ranking, and outcome optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance advertiser outcomes and platform capabilities. Key responsibilities Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Ads Delivery and Optimization across various advertising components Partner with Engineering, Machine Learning, and Data Science to define model objectives and drive deployment and iteration Build reliable measurement foundations, including attribution and reporting, to support optimization efforts Required qualifications 12+ years of product management experience, particularly in advertising technology or marketplace optimization Deep expertise in ads delivery and optimization, including auctions, bidding, and conversion optimization Strong technical fluency with experience collaborating with Engineering and Data Science teams Proven ability to translate complex ML and automation capabilities into user-friendly advertiser products Experience with performance advertising and ML-powered products at scale is a plus
