Breast Imaging Locums Job in Missouri

We are working with a facility seeking a Breast Imaging radiologist for onsite locum tenens coverage. This opportunity offers scheduling flexibility, a defined assignment window, and no call responsibilities within a well supported academic program.

Dates of Coverage:
Starting September 2026
Ongoing through early 2027
Approximately 60 shifts total within the assignment duration

Schedule:
Monday through Friday daytime coverage
Eight hour shifts
Flexible scheduling with options for 3, 4, or 5 day workweeks
Ability to structure coverage as two full weeks per month or spread shifts throughout the month
No call and no weekend coverage required

Details and Requirements:
Breast Imaging focused assignment
100 percent onsite coverage required
Academic hospital based practice environment
Potential involvement with residents or fellows, with flexibility based on provider preference
MQSA certification required
ABR certification preferred
Procedures are required as part of scope, remote work is not an option

Procedural Scope Includes:
Screening and diagnostic mammography
Stereotactic breast biopsies
Ultrasound guided breast biopsies
Breast MRI biopsies
Needle localizations and related breast interventions
