Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation including case notes according to company policy Provide excellent customer service for clients Coordinate services with other providers as needed Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings, including case consultations Optional Opportunities Participate in community activities such as tabling at events, networking, and community presentations Supervise LGSW, LGPC, and psychology associates after demonstrating excellent clinical and interpersonal skills Develop and run clinical programs to expand access to high quality mental health care Develop social media content for multiple platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube Employees with excellent job performance may be eligible for promotion into leadership roles Requirements Master’s or doctorate degree in social work, counseling, and/or psychology Licensed mental health professional in the District of Columbia, able to practice independently Experience completing diagnostic assessments/intake evaluations, treatment plans, and clinical case notes Commitment to LGBTQIA+ affirming perspective and culturally competent care High ethical standards and commitment to lifelong learning Experience with clinical care, insurance billing, and DC regulations is ideal Clinicians who speak more than one language are strongly encouraged to apply About Us Founded in 2015, Ellie prioritizes the clinician’s experience by offering centralized administrative support, excellent compensation, benefits, training, and flexible scheduling.
