Junior Property Manager

Division: PMG Asset ServicesDepartment: Property ManagementReports To: Commercial Property ManagerFLSA Status: Non-ExemptJob Summary: As the Junior Property Manager, you play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our properties assisting in maintaining tenant relations, leasing activities, and property upkeep. This role offers hands-on experience in property management and a pathway to grow within the real estate industry.Job Responsibilities: including but not limited toRegularly communicates with tenants to address needs and resolve issues.Manages property operations, including budget development, work order tracking, invoice coding and approval, CAM reconciliations, and financial reporting.Handles occasional commercial leasing, issuing letters of intent and negotiating leases.Ensures tenant retention through excellent customer service, timely rent collection, and enforcement of the collections process.Demonstrates a thorough understanding of leases and ensures compliance by both tenants and management personnel.Upholds property rules and regulations, serving as a liaison between maintenance and tenants to address maintenance requests effectively.Job RequirementsAssociate or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.CAM License or willingness to obtain.At least 2 years experience in property management industry preferred.Must have experience in finance and leasing with the ability to be trained in property management of commercial properties.High proficiency with personal computers and MS Office including Word and Excel.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner suitable for interaction with customers, clients, co-workers and management.Ability to work in fast paced environment and maintain effective working relationships with tenants, co-workers and management team.Thank you for expressing interest in employment with our organization.
