ASI Government serves as a trusted adviser to government leaders seeking improved performance, enhanced organization effectiveness, and strategic change. Key Responsibilities Change Strategy Development: Lead audience analysis and development of the cultural change strategy, including goals, key messages, channels, and activities. Execution Planning: Support creation of the detailed 3-month (and subsequent 7-month) execution plans for the cultural change campaign. Campaign Delivery: Support execution of communication and engagement activities across multiple platforms (storytelling, video, social media, internal government channels). Adoption Analysis: Identify barriers to adoption (e.g., risk aversion, reliance on prescriptive guidance) and recommend targeted change interventions. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with OFPP, FAI, and cross-agency stakeholders to refine and mature the change management plan. Required Bachelor's degree; 8+ years of experience in organizational change management, preferably supporting federal agencies. Demonstrated experience developing and executing culture change or communications strategies. Strong writing and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred Prosci or CCMP certification. Experience with federal acquisition workforce initiatives. Master's degree in organizational development, communications, or a related field.
