You will work on diverse projects of various sizes, scopes, and details. The role requires experience with FDOT District4 and6 and knowledge in land development, renewable energy, and construction projects. Responsibilities Act as a valuable resource for design staff, guiding drafting practices and procedures. Utilize AutoCAD Civil3D and related engineering software to complete assignments, ensuring alignment with Atwell's standards. Generate drawings specific to projects, including ALTA, final plats, maps of dedication, construction layouts, and staking. Review project survey data to analyze existing site conditions, including legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easements, and condo documents. Modify plans in line with revisions from agencies, municipalities, and clients. Maintain open communication with Project Managers and Team Leaders regarding workflow status, ensuring chargeability goals. Qualifications Must have experience with FDOT District4 and6. Previous experience with AutoCAD Civil3D preferred. Experience with Trimble Business Center (TBC) preferred. High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
