Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive hourly pay based on experience Health insurance with employer contribution $15,000 life insurance policy (with eligible health enrollment) Paid Time Off and paid holidays $300 annual scrub allowance Company-paid CPR certification Dental benefits for you and your immediate family 401(k) with company match Continuing education and opportunities for professional growth Supportive leadership that values teamwork, communication, and development What You'll Do Assist doctors during a wide variety of restorative, surgical, and preventive procedures Prepare treatment rooms before and after patient care Take digital radiographs, intraoral photos, and other diagnostic records Accurately chart treatment and maintain complete patient documentation Fabricate impressions, whitening trays, temporary restorations, and other clinical tasks as needed Educate patients on treatment recommendations and oral health Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols Keep procedures running efficiently to support an exceptional patient experience Communicate effectively with doctors, hygienists, and front office team members Help create a welcoming, positive environment where patients feel comfortable and cared for What We're Looking For Dental assisting experience preferred Current radiology/X-ray certification (or ability to obtain) Excellent communication and people skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed High attention to detail and commitment to excellence Coachable, dependable, and eager to continue learning Someone who genuinely enjoys serving patients and being part of a high-performing team Build Your Career With Us We're looking for more than just a Dental Assistant—we're looking for a teammate who wants to make a difference every day.
