Elwood Staffing is hiring a 2nd Shift Shipping Forklift Operator in Kilgore, TX! Mon-Fri 2pm-10:30pm $18/hr!

2nd Shift Shipping Forklift Operator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$18.00 / hour
Full Time work available
Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 10:30pm )

Some OT and some Saturdays
Operate a forklift to load, unload, and transport materials
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping instructions
Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments and report any discrepancies
Maintain warehouse organization, keeping work areas clean and safe
Use scanners, inventory systems, and shipping software to prepare shipments and update records
Adhere to all safety procedures and warehouse policies
Work with team members and carriers to ensure on-time shipments
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

2nd Shift Shipping Forklift Operator Qualifications:

Forklift experience required 2+ years of warehouse experience
Ability to lift up to 75+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
Experience with shipping software (UPS, FedEx, etc.) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Good communication and teamwork skills
