CNA - LTC/SNF

Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide direct patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents through compassionate support and clinical assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs accurately and report any abnormalities.
• Support medication administration under supervision and follow all safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of residents and their environment.
• Document resident care activities clearly and promptly in accordance with facility policies.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards, including COVID-19 vaccination requirements.

Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification in good standing.
• Prior experience in LTC/SNF environments preferred.
• Ability to accurately perform vital signs and basic clinical tasks.
• Strong communication skills and compassionate bedside manner.
• Must bring a valid ID and wear a photo badge at all times during shifts.
• Willingness to comply with vaccination and exemption policies as required by law.
