FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: 8am-4pm Position Summary The Senior Operations Specialist Provider Enterprise is a pivotal role at MultiCare, responsible for operational leadership and successful delivery of system-wide initiatives. In this position, you will work with executive-level sponsors and stakeholders to provide oversight to operations, support development of initiatives, and promote company culture and strategic vision. Responsibilities You will lead operational initiatives and project teams You will be accountable for the successful completion of assigned complex initiatives, meeting time and budget requirements You will manage ongoing MHS programs as needed You will be responsible for the operational communication and organizational communication for assigned initiatives and programs You will develop project plans for assigned projects including the development of the project budget plan Requirements Master’s degree in relevant field preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred or ability to get within one (1) year of hire Minimum five (5) years of project management and/or process improvement experience required, experience in a healthcare setting preferred Experience in quality improvement and cost reduction projects preferred Why MultiCare? Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $101,545.60 - $146,140.80 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
