Florida Bar Licensed Attorney – Miami, FL

Our international law firm is seeking a licensed attorney admitted to practice in the State of Florida to join our Miami office.

The successful candidate will primarily handle matters involving International Law and legal issues requiring the application of U.S. law, providing legal assistance to both domestic and international clients. Therefore, excellent English language skills are required.

Requirements

Active Florida Bar license in good standing

At least one year of post-admission legal experience

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting abilities

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage international legal matters

Primary Responsibilities

The selected attorney will be responsible for handling and analyzing matters related to:

Business and Family Litigation

Corporate Law

Business Immigration Law

Domestic and international commercial contracts

Legal assistance to businesses and foreign investors

U.S. immigration matters and procedures

Legal advisory services involving the application of federal and state laws of the United States

Experience working with international clients and cross-border legal matters will be considered a strong advantage.
