Installation Supervisor – Albuquerque, NM Lead and manage local installation operations for KONE Albuquerque, NM. Provide guidance on building code and system requirements, ensure safety compliance, and drive project execution. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of installers and subcontractors on construction sites. Implement and monitor safety guidelines and ensure compliance. Provide training and continuous learning opportunities for the team. Manage project schedules and track overall performance. Collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals. Stay current with new technologies and incorporate them into site operations. Qualifications 2+ years of relevant construction experience, preferably leading a union‑represented workforce. Certified construction or elevator installation background, or related degree. Proven supervisory experience and strong leadership skills. Compensation Annual base pay range: $99,900 - $131,000. Variable compensation: 15% target incentive based on company and individual performance.
