Remote Booking Coordinator

**Position Overview**

As a Remote Booking Coordinator, you will assist clients with planning and coordinating reservations, researching options, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. This is an independent contractor opportunity offering flexible hours and the ability to work from anywhere with an internet connection.

**Responsibilities**

* Communicate with clients via phone, email, text, and online platforms.
* Research and coordinate reservations for accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and activities.
* Build customized itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
* Provide excellent customer support before, during, and after bookings.
* Stay informed about promotions, destinations, and supplier offerings.
* Maintain accurate records and manage booking details.
* Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training opportunities.
