US Operations Controller

In this role, the US Operations Controller will support all US plants, including Engineering and report to the Director of Finance Americas. The Operations Controller will coordinate and support daily activities, the budgeting process, and forecast planning. This position will also drive process standardization initiatives and lead efforts to improve financial reporting and operational performance. Key Responsibilities Coordination of all US Plants (Including Engineering) Month end close process responsibility Support and coordinate budget and forecast process Supporting hourly rates calculation (Labor, Burden, and Freight) Process standardization across the plants Develop, create and strengthen internal controls Identify areas for cost cutting and improvement Drive initiates to improve operation performance Continuous training and staff development Support in all commercial topics (Sales and Purchasing) that relate to the Americas Region Position Requirements Required Accounting, Administration or Engineering degree More than 5 years of experience Fluent in English Preferred PLEX Experience One Stream Experience Education Requirement Accounting, Business Administration or Engineering Degree Employment Type: Full Time Shift: Day Location: Inteva Products, LLC - World Headquarters and Troy Technical Center Req Number: FIN-26-00003 Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr Delphi Technologies
