Full Time Specimen Collector Phlebotomist IILocation: Indianapolis, INSchedule: Full Time. Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pmCandidates must be willing to travel to Ft. Wayne, IN & Louisville, KY.This is a traveling position which receives mileage reimbursement. As our representative, this position provides exemplary care and exceptional customer service to patients, clinicians, and our laboratory.Collect patient blood, urine and/or oral fluid (saliva) specimensProcess and package collections for shippingServe as an intermediary between the practice / clinic and the laboratoryRecord patient information, physician order details, and pertinent laboratory informationResolve specimen concerns with billing or patient information in ordering portalOrder and maintain collection supplies inventory onsiteObserve collection for Millennium Health specimens (when applicable)Driving from/to multiple facilities may be required and occasional overnight coverage.
