Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Clinical Care & Patient Management:

• Diagnoses and treats a diverse patient population presenting with a wide range of common to complex neurological conditions.
• Performs specialized clinical procedures, including EMGs, to provide top-tier diagnostic assessment and targeted intervention.

Diagnostics & Testing:

• Orders, reviews, and interprets critical diagnostic tracking tools such as specialized blood tests and advanced imaging to accurately identify neurological disorders.

Collaborative & Consultative Medicine:

• Functions as an expert consultant for primary care physicians across the Avance Care network when treating patients showing symptoms of neurological distress.
• Partners inside an integrated medical ecosystem that includes on-site behavioral health therapists and registered dietitians to optimize patient outcomes.

Operations & Administration:

• Utilizes corporate back-office support for care coordination, referral tracking, and IT management to maximize efficiency and minimize overall administrative burden.

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for forward-thinking providers who are ready to elevate patient care alongside us. Our ideal candidate brings:

• Education & License: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with an active North Carolina medical license, required. Board Certification, or Board Eligibility in Neurology, a must.
• Experience: Prior experience in an outpatient neurology setting with proficiency in performing, strongly required.
