Responsibilities Provide personalized, one‑on‑one grooming services in a safe, cage‑free environment. Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build trusted relationships with pet parents. Perform professional grooming services including bathing, drying, brushing, haircuts, nail trims, ear cleaning, sanitary trims, and de‑shedding treatments. Complete the Bark & Mane Well‑Being WrapUp by sharing wellness observations and grooming recommendations with customers. Educate pet parents on coat maintenance, pet well‑being, and the benefits of recurring grooming schedules. Work independently while enjoying the support of our in‑house concierge and fleet teams who manage scheduling, customer communication, and vehicle maintenance. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional mobile salon environment. Focus on safety, quality, and compassionate care with every appointment. Requirements Professional pet grooming experience. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to groom a variety of breeds safely and efficiently. Strong pet handling skills and knowledge of animal behavior. Strong customer service skills. Sales experience is a plus. Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently. Open to continuous learning and feedback as a collaborative team member. Commitment to professionalism, reliability, and quality workmanship. No degree required—we value grooming skill, experience, and passion for pets.
