Service Advisor

Modern Auto CO

Modern Chevrolet Winston-Salem is looking for a top-performing Service Advisor to join the team. Must have a verifiable track record of exceptional performance in the service lane. Compensation exceeds/ or is competitive with most Service Advisor pay in the market.

Joining Modern Chevrolet of Winston-Salem, means you are joining the top selling Chevrolet dealer in the entire state of North Carolina, and the most dynamic automotive group in the Triad.

Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner
Advise customers on the care of their vehicle and the value of maintaining the vehicle according to manufacturer's specifications
Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
Handle telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process
Maintain high customer satisfaction standards

Qualifications:

2+ years' experience in an automotive service dealership preferred
Exceptional customer service skills
Outstanding organizational and follow up skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to occasionally to lift up to 70 lbs.
