Part-Time Bank Reconciliation Specialist

Ideal candidates will need to be able to demonstrate a stable relevant employment history. Responsibilities Complete monthly bank reconciliations for property accounts to the general ledger Review employee credit card expense reports for errors and prepare for entry into accounting software Identify and research discrepancies through accounting and apartment leasing software Prepare necessary journal entries to correct general ledger and for booking monthly bank fees Reconcile inter-company general ledger accounts monthly and report any inaccuracies Assist with various other accounting functions as directed Requirements Experience in reconciling a centralized disbursement account is PREFERRED Proficient with Microsoft Excel Excellent problem-solving skills Strong mathematic/analytical background Hours 25-30 hours total per week He/she will work remotely but will be expected to work 1 day for at least 4 hours in our Irving corporate office each week Days and times of employment are flexible #J-18808-Ljbffr
