Registered Nurse (RN) - Progressive Care Unit (PCU) - Nights

The ratio is 4:1 on PCU patients. Every other weekend and holidays. Shift is 1900-0730. There are no on call requirements, but there is overtime available for anyone who wants it. Cannot guarantee block schedules, but will try to accommodate a preferred schedule. Acuity fluctuates, but we see a wide variety of cardiac and respiratory patients. We have a supportive and collaborative culture on the department. Manager easy to contact for any needs and is visible to night shift at least twice per week.
