Aviation Advisor

V2 Jets is expanding and looking to add experienced Aviation Advisors to our growing team. This role is for professionals who already understand the private aviation and charter industry and are looking for a platform where they can continue building and managing a strong book of business. As an Aviation Advisor, you will manage the full charter process from initial request and aircraft sourcing through booking, execution, and post-trip follow-up. Success in this role means building long-term client relationships, generating new business, and consistently delivering a high level of service. Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of private aviation clients Source, negotiate, and present aircraft options based on client needs Manage the charter process from initial request through trip completion Develop new business through relationships, referrals, networking, and outreach Build long-term client relationships through responsive and knowledgeable service Negotiate with aircraft operators to secure competitive pricing and appropriate solutions Maintain a strong understanding of aircraft, operators, airports, and charter market conditions Coordinate with operations and operator partners to ensure seamless trip execution Identify opportunities to increase client retention, trip frequency, and account value Qualifications Prior experience in private jet charter sales or brokerage strongly preferred Strong understanding of the private aviation charter process and aircraft categories Proven ability to develop and maintain high-value client relationships Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly responsive, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented Established industry relationships are a plus What Success Looks Like Successful Aviation Advisors at V2 Jets build trusted client relationships, generate repeat and referral business, execute trips at a high level, and continue expanding their book of business.
