Job Description

The X-Ray Technologist is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using X-Ray equipment. This role involves preparing patients for procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort, and accurately capturing images for interpretation by physicians.

Responsibilities

• Performing X-Ray imaging procedures according to established protocols.
• Ensuring patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Maintaining and ensuring the functionality of all imaging equipment.
• Documenting patient information and imaging results accurately.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current ARRT certification in Radiography.
• State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Mandatory vaccinations including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Tdap, Varicella, and TB Test.
• Successful completion of a Prime Core Competencies Exam and Prime Specialty Exam.
• Driver's License/State ID required for the position.
• Completion of a Prime Skills Checklist.
