Inspecting the goods in order to ensure their quality, then examining and receiving the order into our system. The clerk then stores or stocks the items in their appropriate places.Essential Position Functions:Receive shipments off of incoming trucksInspecting goods for accuracy and qualityUse RF handheld and Steiner business system to receive goodsSafely store goods in proper warehouse locationsPerform other various warehouse tasks as assigned by managerPosition Requirements: Education, Knowledge, Training, Experience, Licenses, CertificationThe ability to lift and carry 50lbsBasic skills in Microsoft Office programsStrong verbal and written communication skills.The ability to effectively communicate professionally with Steiner, customer and vendor personnel at all levels of the companyFluent English – verbal and writtenHigh School Graduate (preferred)Math skillsThe ability to become forklift certifiedThe ability to work under time constraintsThe ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive team environmentSteiner is an equal opportunity employer and will consider all qualified applicants for employment.
