Due to continued growth across its U.S. operations, the company is looking to strengthen its export operations team with an experienced ocean freight professional. About the Role This is a fully onsite position based in New Jersey, supporting high-volume export freight operations within a collaborative team environment. The successful candidate will be a strong FCL export specialist with experience managing large shipment volumes, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and handling export processes from booking through departure. This is a hands‑on operational role requiring a solid understanding of ocean freight and day‑to‑day export execution. Key Responsibilities Manage high-volume FCL export shipments from booking through departure Handle export bookings and shipping documentation processes Coordinate with steamship lines (SSLs), trucking companies, and logistics partners Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with operational procedures Track shipments and proactively resolve operational issues Work closely with customers, overseas partners, and internal teams to support smooth shipment execution Support daily export operations within a fast-paced team environment Candidate Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience within ocean export freight forwarding operations Strong FCL export experience required Proven ability to manage high shipment volumes efficiently and accurately Experience dealing directly with steamship lines and trucking providers Strong understanding of export documentation and shipment coordination CargoWise experience preferred but not mandatory Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Must be comfortable working onsite in New Jersey Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the office What You Can Expect Stable onsite role within an established freight forwarding environment Collaborative team structure with strong operational support Exposure to international ocean freight operations and global trade lanes Opportunity to work within a busy, high-volume export environment Long-term opportunity within a growing logistics organization #J-18808-Ljbffr Navitex | USA Freight Forwarding Recruitment Specialists
