We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‐paced hospitality-focused property organization. Compensation : Starting at $20 per hour Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and portion controls. Assist with prep work including chopping, portioning, and station setup. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines. Properly label, date, and store food products. Assist with banquet and special event service as needed. Communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen team members. Support a positive, respectful, and professional kitchen culture. Qualifications & Skills: Previous cooking experience required (restaurant, club, or banquet environment preferred). Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast‐paced environment. Strong attention to detail and consistency. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs. Culinary school training is a plus but not required. Schedule: Full‐time or part‐time positions available.
