GENERAL MANAGER

Position Summary

As a General Manager at Milton Restaurant Group, you'll lead all aspects of restaurant operations while building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional guest experience. You'll be responsible for creating a culture of accountability, developing future leaders, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring every guest receives the Wingstop experience they expect. This role is a key leadership position that helps shape the future of our restaurants and our company.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational, financial, and problem-solving skills.

What You'll Do

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build future leaders by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development.
• Create a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze business results and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Complete administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.

Training & Development

• Complete all required training.
• Successfully complete required certifications.
• Participate in ongoing leadership development.
• Develop Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders for future growth.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Frequently bend, reach, squat, twist, and kneel.
• Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Safely operate restaurant equipment.
