Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams in Niederurnen suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n HR Assistant 100 % (m/w/d) Aufgaben Selbstständige Erledigung administrativer Aufgaben im HR von Eintritt bis Austritt Enge Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung der HR Betreuung Fokussierung auf die Bearbeitung der Anliegen aus dem Bereich unserer Produktion Erstellen von Arbeitsverträgen, Arbeitszeugnissen, Standardschreiben usw. Unterstützung im Bewerbermanagement Beantwortung von Mitarbeiteranfragen in der Teammailbox sowie am Telefon Bearbeitung von Unfall- & Krankheitsfällen Mitarbeit bei HR-Projekten Voraussetzungen Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung; idealerweise bereits abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als HR Assistant Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Human Resources, vorzugsweise in einem Produktionsumfeld Offene und gewinnende Persönlichkeit im Team und gegenüber unseren Vorgesetzten und Mitarbeitenden Hoher Eigenantrieb und Motivation Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse erforderlich Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in den gängigen Programmen Wir bieten Es erwartet Sie ein verantwortungsvolles und spannendes Tätigkeitsfeld in einem nachhaltig wachsenden Unternehmen.
