CoolSys is hiring a Dispatch/Call Center Associate in the Phoenix area to manage service requests from receipt to dispatch. You will coordinate with technicians, monitor SLAs, and keep customers informed while maintaining a high standard of service. The role requires at least 2 years in a fast-paced dispatch or call center; strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.
