Our Production Associates are the backbone of the plant. In this role, you’ll gain exposure to multiple production areas and develop valuable industrial skills in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. One week you may work near the furnaces, another week supporting finishing operations or material handling. If you’re dependable, safety‑focused, and work well with others, we want to hear from you. Compensation & Schedule At Spectro, we believe in promoting from within and developing talent. Many of our skilled operators and leaders started in this role. Responsibilities include: Safely stack and handle aluminum ingots (approximately 28 lbs each) Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards Operate forklifts and other equipment (training provided) Assist with routine maintenance and general plant operations Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment Work collaboratively with teammates to support production goals What We’re Looking For We’re looking for reliable, hard‑working individuals who take pride in doing quality work and want to grow their careers.
