We're hiring an Executive Chef to lead the culinary program at one of Naperville's premier fine dining destinations. This isn't a role to keep the line moving. It's a chance to own back-of-house operations, shape the guest experience, and lead a team that stays because you make the kitchen worth staying in.

What You'll Lead

• Back-of-House Operations: Own every phase of kitchen operations, from prep through the last cover, with the standards to match the room you're cooking for.
• Menu Execution: Lead menu execution with precision. Every plate that leaves your pass should hit the same high mark, night after night.
• Food Quality and Presentation: Set and protect the standard. Consistency isn't a goal here. It's the expectation.
• Cost Management: Manage food and labor costs with the financial discipline that keeps quality and margins in balance.
• Culture and Team Development: Build a culture rooted in excellence, accountability, and teamwork. Mentor the cooks who'll become your next leaders.

What You Bring

• Three or more years of Executive Chef experience in a high-volume steakhouse or upscale full-service restaurant.
• Strong financial acumen, with a track record of managing food and labor costs without cutting corners.
• A genuine passion for mentoring culinary talent and developing a team that grows under your leadership.
• The steadiness to lead a busy service and the judgment to keep standards high when the pressure climbs.
