Associate Attorney

Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year A bit about us: We are a growing law firm specializing in consumer warranty litigation defense. As our caseload expands, we are looking for a motivated attorney who is ready to step into a fast-moving practice with support, training, and clear opportunities for growth. Conduct and defend depositions. Participate in settlement discussions and prepare settlement agreements. Appear in court for hearings and law & motion. Engage in meet-and-confer efforts with opposing counsel. Assist with trial preparation and strategy. Perform legal research to support case development and motion work. Qualifications Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. 3+ years of civil litigation experience (consumer warranty experience is a plus but not required). Strong writing, research and communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
