Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring General Laborers for a manufacturing company in Hibbing, MN. In this role, youll help support production for durable rubber-lined and cast urethane products while working with a stable, long-standing company serving industries like mining, construction, and oil & gas. If you enjoy hands-on work in a team-focused environment and want consistent hours with weekly pay, this could be a great fit.

Operate machinery and use manual tools to complete production tasks

Handle fixed workshop equipment safely and efficiently

Operate forklifts, cranes, and hoisting equipment (as trained)

Follow instructions and guidance from supervisors and team leads

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Ability to work day or afternoon shifts as needed

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to work effectively on a team and follow detailed instructions

Comfortable working with machinery and in a manufacturing environment

No experience required entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
