Pay: $65,000 - $70,000 a year

Located on nine scenic acres at the entrance to the historic Village of Southampton, The Hamptons Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a 280-bed skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation facility. Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) to join our interdisciplinary team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive nutritional care to our residents, working collaboratively to achieve optimal health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial, quarterly, annual, and significant change nutrition assessments.

• Evaluate current nutrition interventions and recommend appropriate modifications.

• Provide clear nutrition education and counseling to residents and their families.

• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident goals.

• Maintain accurate documentation and complete related clinical duties to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Certification: Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). (RD-eligible candidates are also encouraged to apply!)

• Technical Skills: Experience with MDS, PointClickCare, and GeriMenu is preferred but not required —we are happy to provide training for motivated candidates.

• Soft Skills: Excellent time management, strong attention to detail, flexibility, and a resident-centered, compassionate approach to care.
