\nThe primary focus of the Medical Director is to oversee and collaborate with the clinical team to deliver exceptional care to geriatric patients of the community.
\n \nDetails:
\n• Permanent, full-time position
\n• Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
\n• Primarily work from home
\n• Local travel to patient homes may be needed, though rare; travel on-site for in-person team meetings and one-on-ones with other clinicians
\n• Mentor and guide the clinical team including advanced practitioners
\n• Review complex cases and charts for quality assurance
