Highlights Pay: $41.38 - $100.00/Hourly Location: Newton, MA Facility: Newton-Wellesley Hospital Department/Unit: Float Pool Schedule: Full-Time, Night shift What You’ll Do Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process. Oversee other assigned team members and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Support the care of unstable and critically ill patients throughout the hospital. Perform a variety of patient care and technical duties in the outpatient Device Clinic. Engage patients and families as partners in care. Assess patients’ physical, psychological, spiritual, cultural, and social needs. Implement clinical and technical aspects of care and physicians’ orders. Evaluate patient responses to established goals and interventions. Coordinate and collaborate with appropriate resources for discharge planning. Document patient progress and ensure accurate communication of patient information. Requirements Education: Current MA RN license required. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years nursing experience required. Licenses & Certifications: BLS certification required. ACLS certification required within the first year of employment.
