We work collaboratively to provide compassionate care and utilize evidence‑based practice to improve outcomes for every patient, every time. Hospitalist Responsibilities Provides and manages the care of acutely ill hospitalized patients alongside an excellent ancillary staff with a Rapid Response Team. Works in a collegial and professional environment in a 7‑day block schedule. Provides full or partial services to private attending physicians who elect to utilize the Hospitalist Services. Attends monthly Hospitalist meetings. Involved in quality and patient experience committees. Works in a team environment. Provides high‑quality care. Manages an average patient caseload of 15‑17 patients. Able to adapt and be flexible to new CMS regulations. Hospitalist Qualifications Doctorate degree in Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine. ACLS/BLS certified. Trained in Family Practice or Internal Medicine. Board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine/Family Practice. Salary Range USD $265,000.00 – USD $330,000.00 per year. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. The salary range does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay, or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this position, and does not include the value of benefits.
