Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Two clinical pharmacist positions are available to support a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center, providing vital pharmaceutical care in a pediatric inpatient setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver consultative services and clinical expertise to optimize medication usage and therapeutic outcomes.
• Promote continuous improvement in pharmacy practice related to pediatric care.
• Process medication orders and prescriptions accurately, ensuring timely provision of pharmaceuticals.
• Advise physicians, healthcare teams, residents, and patients on the safe administration of medications.
• Ensure compliance with medication safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Participate in policy development and enforcement related to pharmaceutical care.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support pharmacy operations.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in pediatric pharmacy practice.
• Skilled in hospital inpatient medication management.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and medication safety standards.

Location:

• Cordova, TN

Schedule:

• Day/Evening shifts from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Specific schedules are flexible and to be discussed during the interview process.
