Vicor is hiring Operators to support their 2nd shift Operations. Hours are Monday - Friday 3:30PM - 11:30PM. Job Description Operate work center equipment to achieve standard production rates, report on equipment downtime or malfunction and monitor work center output for conformance to specification. Utilize microscopes, hand tools, measurement and test equipment to perform daily tasks. Cross-train and certify in a minimum of four package assembly work centers including SMD, Underfill, Transformer Assembly, Mold, Laser Mark, Cut, J-Lead or Test. Perform all responsibilities within the company's guidelines of quality, safety and cost. Work with a minimum of direct supervision. Perform any additional tasks as requested or directed.

Education / Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to understand written and verbal instructions. Excellent communication and team work skills. Computer Literacy. Vicor is an EO employer M/F/Veteran/Disability Compensation Data Starting Pay: $17.50/hour. Rates are higher based upon experience. There is a 12.5% shift differential for working 2nd shift. Please note: This range is based on our current market driven pay structures. Individual salaries are determined based upon a variety of factors including but not limited to, a candidates overall qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience as well as company internal equity.
