Principal Project Manager
Insight Global is looking for a Principal Project Manager in a senior, client-facing leadership role responsible for directing large-scale enterprise software implementation and business transformation projects for global customers. This individual oversees multiple interconnected workstreams, ensuring successful delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction. Acting as the primary executive point of contact, the Principal Project Manager drives project governance, financial performance, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and long-term customer success while partnering closely with executive leadership, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Professional Services teams. Salary range depending on experience is $135,000 to $145,000 and additional bonus structure.
Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years leading enterprise software implementation projects in consulting or professional services environments.
- 5+ years managing complex, multi-project programs or enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience with project financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities: Lead large, enterprise-scale software implementation and transformation projects from initiation through delivery. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and overall financial performance. Establish project governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication plans. Serve as the primary point of contact for executive client stakeholders and project leadership. Monitor project health, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests to ensure successful outcomes. Drive cross-functional collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership. Facilitate steering committee meetings, status reviews, and executive-level presentations. Ensure adherence to PMO standards, delivery methodologies, and quality controls. Mentor project managers and promote continuous improvement across delivery teams. Support account growth initiatives by identifying opportunities for additional services and strategic partnerships.
