Senior Software Engineer - Basis Platform / DSP

Role Description

You'll build net-new Basis Platform features, develop the integrations that bridge Basis Platform and our DSP, and extend the existing feature sets that our customers rely on every day. What makes you a great fit for the team:

Qualifications

• 5+ years professional software development experience.
• Proven experience designing, building, and scaling modern, production-level front-end experiences using React, with supporting back-end work in Ruby on Rails.
• Current with modern development practices, including AI-assisted and agentic workflows for code generation, debugging, exploring, and documentation.
• Strong grasp of data modeling and system design.
• Enthusiastic growth-oriented mindset.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (Bonus Points).
• Experience with Spring Boot, Quarkus (Bonus Points).
• Excited by a fast-paced product development environment (Bonus Points).
• Passion for Ad-Tech (Bonus Points).
